3 Years LL.B. Course

The Three-Year LL.B. is a full-time, six-semester professional program offered by Dr. G. K. Dongargaonkar Law College, designed for graduates who aspire to build a career in the legal field. Upon successful completion of all six semesters, students are awarded the LL.B. Degree, which qualifies them to enroll with the Bar Council of India and practice as advocates across the country.

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any faculty from a recognized university with at least 45% marks.
• A relaxation of 5% in marks is applicable for candidates belonging to specified reserved categories.
• Appearing for the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra is mandatory for admission.

Admission Process

• Admission is strictly based on merit through CET and subject to seat availability as per guidelines issued by the University of Mumbai and the Government of Maharashtra.
• After the CET results are announced, a merit list is prepared by the CET Cell based on CET scores and other criteria like caste, minority status, etc., as filled by the candidates.
• Students seeking admission to Dr. G. K. Dongargaonkar Law College must give first preference to the college while submitting the online option form.
• The CET Cell allots colleges based on merit and preferences. Students must confirm their admission within the stipulated time.
• If the college is not allotted in the initial CAP rounds, candidates can wait for subsequent rounds or participate in the Institutional Round (for vacant and institute quota seats), subject to merit and availability.

Important Note

• Candidates must produce original documents at the time of admission for verification which will be kept in college’s procession until completion of 3 years LLB degree or if student applies for leaving certificate.
• All admissions are provisional and are confirmed only after scrutiny and approval by the Admission Regulating Authority (ARA).
• In case any claim (category, minority status, etc.) made by the student during CET registration is found to be unsupported by valid documents, the admission may be cancelled. The college shall not be held responsible for such cancellations.
